If at any time the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the membership portions of the Site (according to the Term and Termination section below). If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or the entity that is the member account holder, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such other entity.
In the event you decide to withdraw your consent for use of electronic signatures and/or transmissions, SDI will terminate this Agreement.īy selecting the “I Agree” checkbox at the end of this agreement, or otherwise signifying your acceptance of this agreement, you accept this agreement either for yourself or on behalf of your employer or the entity that is identified as the member account holder, and agree to be bound by its provisions. You have the right to ask for any electronic record in paper form. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on this site, including notices of cancellation, agreements, applications and policies. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and purchases. Your use of the EasyWorship and/or WorshipMedia Products and Services includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make purchases electronically. All other rights in and to the Content, including, without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Content, are retained by SDI or the supplier or producer of the Content, as the case may be. Unless the activity or use of the Content is a Permitted Use, you cannot do it.
Any and all licenses granted herein are revocable upon any breach of this Agreement, without notice.

For subscription members, you shall have no license to any additional Content after the expiration of your subscription and/or SDI’s termination of your membership. Upon full and current payment of all applicable licensing and/or subscription fees in effect at the time of purchase, we hereby grant to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the purchased Content for the Permitted Uses (as defined below) subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement and Terms of Use. Within this Agreement: (a) any reference to “WorshipMedia”, "EasyWorship", “SDI”, "we", "our" and "us" refers to Softouch Development, Inc., “SDI”, an Oklahoma corporation, doing business through and/or, (b) "you" and "your" refers to you individually or, if you are accepting on behalf of your employer or member account entity, then “you” means that employer or entity and affiliates with respect to this Agreement, (c) “Content” means any photographic image, illustration, animation, text, Flash file, film or video footage, audio files or embedded audio tracks, visual representation generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means or in any media or other material that you are downloading from the Site, together with any accompanying material. If this Agreement and the Terms of Use are inconsistent, the terms of this Agreement will govern.
This Agreement is in addition to the Site’s Terms of Use that all persons providing Content to or downloading Content from the Site have previously entered into. Please read the Agreement carefully before using the EasyWorship and/or WorshipMedia products and services and/or the Site. This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership in the and/or communities as well as the terms by which members obtain the right to use Content (as defined below) provided for the and/or communities through the websites located at, .uk, EasyWorship.ca,, its affiliates, and any other associated websites (collectively referred to as the “Site”).
